RJ : Welcome to this mail-interview. First let me ask you the traditional question. When did you get involved with the mail art network?

(Charles send a quick reply on 5-5-1998 in which he stated that he liked the idea. He mentioned that he already saw the idea as well in the secret thoughts , which I publish online , and that he only need the time now and then to produce the answers. No problem since there is no deadline to this project).
