*1 = sometimes there is a printout with smaller letterfont sent out, and I call this the b-version.
The thoughts #1 till #10 were published in one single publication. If you are interested in the complete serie of thoughts, please write me. All texts are on my computer, and I could print out the complete texts (some include visuals as well) and bind them for you. Since this are a lot of pages, the printing, binding and sending would cost a lot of money, so ask in advance if you are interested for such a personalized version for you. Normally the 'thoughts' are sent out randomly into the network. A lot of them are already published in magazines or sometimes books.
